I hadn’t had I chance to use this as a yet I like the rod and it color When I went to put it up I noticed on one end the ball was checked into I have ordered many many things from Amazon and until now I have never had any problems with anything until I found the end of the curtain broke in half. So I figured it will be at the end and no one will really see it so I had my husband go and get some super glue and he fixed it I realize your people are on a deadline to get things in and out how ever I think it would be best if they take a few minutes to look at the product to insure the product it in go shape before you send it out to the customer I’ve been in mangagement in retain for many years and I know the most important thing in retail it Customer Service or any type of business and the word of mouth can either make you or break you Like I said allow your people a few extra minute to check your product it will save both parties that extra time of getting it corrected.
